I was with my old electrologist for many years and she retired. I was skeptical about going to a new electrologist. I am so happy. You are a professional. You explained the electrolysis procedure and took time to give me a free demonstration. Your office is clean and up to date and your equipment too. What impressed me most is you advised my friend – free of charge – about not having electrolysis, unless she got a written release from her doctor and/or the manufacturer because she had a Pacemaker. My other electrologist didn’t do that. You didn’t mind losing a customer your concern was for my friend’s well being.You are a good person and electrologist. Thank you. AVF

I am a transsexual woman and have been a client of Ann Lombardozzi for four years. When I came to her I had very thick and tuff facial hair which I knew would be a challenge to her. The treatment and advice she provided me was at all times of the highest standards. She made it clear to me that my electrolysis would be a time consuming and an expensive proposition but if I stuck with it I would achieve my goals. She was right on target. I learned to be patient and little by little my facial hair disappeared. Today there is no sign it was ever there. She accomplished all of this in a gentle, caring and highly professional manner.

From my acquaintances in the transgender community I have heard horror stories about electrolysis at the hands of other “professionals”. My experience with Ann was the opposite it was in fact fun to talk to her during the many hours that I under went this procedure and we have become good friends. If you are a woman in my situation she is the person who you want to work with.
